Service scope
MedSnap supports company-managed first aid kit workflows including kit recordkeeping, image-based draft detection, review, and confirmation. The service is not a replacement for professional medical judgment, emergency response, legal advice, or workplace safety compliance review.
Accounts and company responsibility
Access to MedSnap may be provisioned through a company workspace. Companies are responsible for controlling who may access their kits, reviewing generated inventory results, and acting on alerts or recheck findings.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to misuse the service, its APIs, or company workspaces.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or intentionally misleading content.
- Do not rely on AI-generated output without human review.
- Do not use MedSnap to request diagnosis, treatment, or medical prescriptions.
AI-assisted output
MedSnap may use backend AI services to help generate draft inventory detections or optional item information. Those results can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming any operational decisions made using the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or improve service features over time. We may also revise these terms when the product or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
