How to request deletion
- Email ops@effective.ai from the address associated with your MedSnap access, if possible.
- Include your full name, company name, and the reason for the request.
- State whether you want account deletion, deletion of personal data, or both.
- If your access belongs to a company workspace, we may confirm the request with the company owner or administrator.
What may be deleted
Depending on your role and legal obligations, we may delete or de-identify account details, profile information, and access records that are no longer needed to operate the service.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or company audit requirements tied to historical kit activity.
Response timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time after receipt. Complex requests may require additional verification before final action is taken.
